Is your programme continuously updated and monitored?
Actually you owe a continuous updating of the programme, right? Daily business! There is always something more important than updating the programme ... Really? A misbelief. Disabilities, arrears, changes, all this takes time and therefore your money. In most cases, it takes a lot of work at the end of the project that too little energy was put into the monitoring of the programme. Neglecting the programme creates overtime, producing unnecessary costs and, most of the time, allegations that you have not provided the documents you owe. Thus, you put yourself and your company in a bad bargaining position, jeopardize the success of the project and lose sales.
And internal? Even worse! Capacities are provided on suspicion and not planned consistently. Disability costs are under the table because you can not understand them without capacity planning. Scheduling with our team in the cloud.
How do you ensure that your project is implemented in due quality?
CE marking, WPK, DIN 1090, we must (should) deal with this every day. But do we really build what we offered? Is the performance target actually communicated and understood? We do not often improvise to escape the time constraints - be it due to delivery problems or self-inflicted delay?
At the start of the project and in preparation and processing, we set the course.
Is your budget properly monitored?
Everywhere ERP systems! Should actually work - at least the actual state. And what about the forecast? The thing with the X and the Y? At the end of the project, the "air" becomes faster, thinner and thinner. And then the matter with the company evaluation form: great results in the post-calculation of the project and in the end no operating result? Is it really up to your merchants, but are they so deep in the project business?
Are variations sufficiently documented in the project?
You usually calculate an optimal project course. Variations disturb this and are not included. Thus variations cost you money. If you would like to have paid these costs, then these are denied by the customer. In the best case, it negotiates, in the worst case, one meets in court. A positive result for you is always dependent on the quality and completeness of the proof. Our specialists support you with the documentation as proof of your project. The better you are in the documentation, the better your chances are.
